The 71st Nuremberg Toy Fair opened on January 29, German local time, and the Toy Award2020, one of the highlights of the fair, was officially announced at the opening ceremony on the evening of January 28. The "Nuremberg Toy Award" has five awards, divided into Baby & Infant Group Award (0-3 years old), Pre-School Group Award (3-6 years old), School Kids Group Award (6-10 years old), Teenagers & Adults Group Award (over 10 years old) and Start-ups Group Award (companies founded for less than 5 years).

The 16 experts selected 15 products from 772 participating products submitted by 422 exhibitors to enter the nomination stage from the aspects of interest, originality, safety, process quality, easy understanding of product concepts and sales prospects, and finally selected 5 products to win the final award.

It is worth mentioning that the Balloon Puncher launched by Silverlit Toys, a Hong Kong, China enterprise, won the PreSchool Group Award, which is the second time that the enterprise has won the Nuremberg Toys Award. In 2018, Silverlit won the Pre-School Group Award for its smart chameleon.

This year's award-winning and nominated products cover three important functions of toys, namely, edutainment, parent-child companionship and cognition of the real world, and show the four major trends of toy development.

The innovation of multi-function superposition is most worthy of praise.

The ingenious and innovative design endows toys with more functions and multiple playing methods, making them more playable or educational.

The Pre-School Group Award Product, Knight Castle Fairway from Gollnest & Kiesel Company, adopts the design of marble raceways and wooden components.
